chore: Remove Python cache files from repository

- Delete all __pycache__ directories and .pyc compiled files - Remove cached bytecode from root, common, editor, exporter, external, importer, and locale modules - Clean up Python 3.11 compiled cache artifacts - Prevent future cache pollution by ensuring .gitignore properly excludes __pycache__ directories
